Consult Recruitment: Transforming Spaces, Elevating Experiences

When Consult Recruitment asked us to update their iconic loft-style office, we jumped at the chance. Set in a characterful building within the lively Britomart Precinct, their office was ripe for transformation.
Our initial step was crucial: understanding the team’s needs. Post-COVID changes had altered their office use, increasing the demand for quiet, distinct spaces for online interviews and more collaborative areas for working groups.
Next, we tackled the layout, aiming to clearly delineate areas for meetings, teamwork, and individual tasks. Our approach, grounded in ergonomics and behavioural science, reshaped how the team engaged with their environment, fostering both concentration and collaboration.
Following the redesign, we’ve fine-tuned the space based on actual use, continuously enhancing the office based on the team’s evolving needs. Regular visits ensure we stay on top of any adjustments required.
The outcome has been profound, best encapsulated by Consult CEO David Page: “I wish we’d had a video to capture the team’s reactions – the transformation has been nothing short of remarkable.”
Listening, understanding, and adapting to Consult Recruitment’s needs were at the heart of our project, proving that a well-thought-out space can truly redefine the work experience.
