How do you inspire a team that’s pioneering satellite positioning technology through their working environment?

This challenge was recently brought to us by Zenno, a company at the forefront of space technology innovation.

Our task was to reimagine their office space in a way that not only meets the needs of today but also inspires them into the future. By focusing on creating an environment that fosters collaboration and innovation, we aimed to fuel the team’s drive towards groundbreaking advancements in satellite technology.

Creating a Universe Within

The first step was to understand what mattered to the Zenno team.

While their work was literally orbiting the earth, it quickly became apparent close collaboration for the team on the ground was a priority. How could this be combined with their unique area of expertise?

By making small adjustments to office configuration and using unusual botanicals, custom components and actual metorites we were able to create a workplace that is both other-wordly and highly conducive to productivity.

The redesigned space has had a profound impact on the Zenno teamwith the team reporting a renewed sense of unity towards their shared mission. It has become a tangible representation of Zenno’s journey towards innovation, loved by their guests and central to their success.
